Just as there are numerous types of addictions, there are numerous ways to recover. These include 12 Step Groups, based off the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, as well as non-12 step Support Groups and individual or group therapy at UCLA. 

There's a lot of options -- contact the websites below or us if you have questions. 

Each website should direct you to local meetings within a certain zip code or area, or provide directions for finding meetings outside your area. Look for “Find a meeting” or “Meeting Directories” icons or links at each respective site.
