Bruins for Recovery (B4R) is a registered student organization at UCLA dedicated to supporting students recovering from addictive behaviors, and their allies, family, and friends.​
All types of recovery are welcome!

Meetings are held in SAC B44B Monday 6pm, Tuesday 6pm, Thursday 6pm, Friday 6pm.

Who we are

How to Join

Recovery Groups

Events

We are students who:
  • Are in long-term or short-term recovery from substances/behaviors
  • Choose not to drink, for any reason
  • Drink but who want to support a healthy campus environment
  • Have friends/family with alcohol/drug problems
To join, attend one of our:
  • Weekly support groups
  • Sober events
  • Bi-Monthly business meetings
No need to contact us before showing up. But if you have Qs, email us!
Bruins 4 Recovery hosts weekly open recovery meetings on campus in the Bruin Resource Center. 

There are also several different closed 12-Step meetings on campus (AA, SAA, Al-Anon).
